Description

A private yoga session is a gift you give to yourself. My role is to facilitate by listening to your current needs and challenges. Together we go over posture, some health history and then we co-create a home practice. This typically includes a mixture of breathing practices, strengthening active postures and resting postures. Mindfulness or meditation instruction supports the active practices.  For people with scoliosis, education around how to work with the individual curve pattern during yoga and during everyday activities is included. A series of three one hour sessions is advised for new students.
