Welcome. I’m Kathryn Kusyszyn (like musician with a “k”) aka Yogakat. I’m a yoga instructor, nutritionist, energy worker, life coach and writer. I focus on yoga for scoliosis incorporating energy healing, coaching and the ancient teachings of yoga for an holistic approach. With 25 years of practice, I find that my life is improved in all areas when I regularly practice. Back pain and suffering are a fraction of what they used to be and I enjoy my life much more.
